Thanks to Supinfo, my school in Paris, I can access to a web server with a lot of differents technologies.

My server runs .net 2.0, Java, MySQL, PHP, ... So I wouldn't have problems to build a nice development environment.

I'm not definitely sure about the programming language but I'm sure I'll use a component-based and event-driven programming framework.

I already know Prado, a very good PHP5 framework; it provides a good environment to build an open library.

For my researches I'll just need to buy a voice recorder for my interviews.
